Nauset Little League & Monomoy Little League will be hosting winter clinics through March. Clinics will utilize competitive drills to try and simulate some game-type situations.

Our workouts will be focusing on:
  • Hitting – Live Hitting and Proper Hitting Mechanics
  • Pitching & Catching techniques
  • Fielding – Advanced Fielding Exercises
  • Speed, Agility and Base Running Skills
  • Live Indoor Games to Improve Overall Baseball Knowledge
Tuesdays, beginning Jan 11th
@ Monomoy Middle School, Chatham
MINORS (ages 8-10) 6:00pm – 7:15pm
MAJORS (ages 11, 12) 7:30pm – 9:00pm

Sundays, beginning Jan 9th

@ Nauset High School, Eastham*
MINORS (ages 8-10) 9:00am – 10:30am
MAJORS (ages 11, 12) 10:30am – 12:00pm
*clinics on 1/16, 1/23, 1/30, and 2/6 will be held at Willy’s Gym in Eastham
Each clinic will be $20.00 paid by credit card during registration.

Players can sign up for either location.
